How to celebrate the Jubilee with City Catering and Artswork

To celebrate the Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee we have put together a wonderful activity pack and a free recipe booklet of tasty recipes and party food for the upcoming celebrations. In partnership with Artswork, we also have some great activities for schools and clubs to enjoy - or even at home if you’d like! They have created an exclusive puppetry workshop with Touched Theatre and Mount Pleasant Junior School’s Year 4 pupils.

We have partnered with Artswork, another Southampton charity, and together we have been awarded funding from the Arts Council’s Let’s Create Jubilee Fund – administered by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation (HIWCF) – to help ensure that creativity and good food plays an important role in local community celebrations for Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Schools across Southampton have also been celebrating the Jubilee with special themed lunches hosted by City Catering - keep an eye on our social media channels to see all the fun!
