Starting school is a new exciting milestone in your child's life. Lunchtime has proven to be a fantastic way for children to bond, whilst discovering new foods together and build friendships, that can last a lifetime.  

Our school lunches bring joy to children’s lives in more ways than you can imagine. And knowing they’re happy having a healthy, delicious and sustainably prepared meal every day with their friends is one less thing for you to worry about.

    Our school lunches are served with seasonal vegetables and dessert of the day. We have a salad bar packed with an array of colourful, vitamin and nutrient packed veggies, where children can help themselves.

    They can eat the rainbow and fuel themselves for the day.

  • Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM)

    All children in Year R and Key Stage 1 can eat school lunch for FREE.

    There’s no need to register - under the Government’s Universal Infant Free School Meal programme, all children, no matter their circumstances, are entitled to a two-course school lunch every day!

  • Special Diet Portal

    Does your child need a special diet menu to eat school lunch?

    We support families by offering children with food allergies or intolerances the opportunity to create an account and register for a special diet menu..

    Our special diet portal allows us to communicate with schools and parents/carers, efficiently and securely.

    We’re proud to say that our menus are award-winning and packed with seasonal ingredients.

    75% of our food is freshly prepared on site or in local kitchens and they’re Food for Life Bronze compliant.

  • Our Sustainability Promise

    We work hard to sustainably manage the energy and water we consume in kitchen units and to reduce the waste we generate wherever possible - in line with the stringent requirements of the Food for Life Green Kitchen Standard.

    We have a switch-off policy, and also use washable plates, cutlery and cups in our units; in addition, we strive to monitor food waste, dishwasher loads, and energy usage. We have a page dedicated to our Cooking at Home recipes for families to access and use our delicious recipes.

The recipes are nutritious, family-friendly, adaptable, and low-cost. If you need some inspiration for dinner and you're looking to cook something with the family, you're in the right place!

The recipes are from our Cooking at Home programme, which supports local families at risk of food insecurity in the school holidays - we supply them with recipe-led grocery boxes for FREE.
